Here at The Tring Cake Company we have a wealth of experience in all things cake. No corners are cut in our baking and we use only the best freshest ingredients, free range eggs, all fat butter (never margarine!) and source locally wherever we can.

Our founder Victoria has been baking all her life, and at 16 attended the UK's leading Culinary Arts College Westminster, where she specialised as a pastry chef. Once armed with her Westminster Diploma, Victoria began work as a Baker and Cake Decorator at some of London’s leading Bakeries.

Where it all began

It wasn’t long until Victoria ventured into product development for an international wholesale cake company, replicating the Artisan techniques she had perfected previously on a large-scale basis. It was here that Victoria identified a crucial gap in the market for truly delicious handmade cakes that do not scrimp on appearance, flavour or ingredients and are available on a wholesale basis. Having had the dream of owning her own bakery since a young child, Victoria set up The Tring Cake Company from her kitchen in Little Tring and we have since grown rapidly.
